In January, J.R.'s broker-dealer took us to Lana'i, a small island just off of Mau'i! It was pure heaven... this is sweetheart rock just off the tip of the 4 Seasons Resort.
(right) This is the pool that we would exercise in... wow! (left) The beach was located in a small bay with a lot of privacy. One morning, while J.R. was in meetings, large groups of dolphins swam into the bay. A few tourists, including myself, grabbed our snorkels and fins and cruised out to join the dolphin. For 45 minutes, countless dolphin swam around me. Two dolphin came so close that I could have reached out and touched them! They circled me 5 times, then left. At one time, I tried counting up and estimated 80 dolphin that I could see at one time. Absolutely amazing!
The City of Lana'i is the cutest town!
